At HeatsBox, we want you to be completely satisfied with your smart heating lunchbox. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the HeatsBox and all original accessories back into its original packaging to ensure the product is protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking receipt.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned unit, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
